Job Responsibilities:

-Be the first point of contact for a major cruise line

-Interact with guests and travel agent partners via phone

-Research, navigate, and locate answers to questions

-Document all calls, detailed resolutions, and follow up actions

Job Qualifications:

-Must have previous customer service experience

-Previous call center experience preferred

Job Requirements:

Must be able to purchase your own computer equipment 

Pay Rate:

$12.00 hourly
